It's been a while, I know, but I thought I'd show you a photo of my latest. I did this for my mom's guest room. Yes, I know, it's a copy of a Monet seascape. I used acrylic as opposed to Monet's oils--not quite the same effect, but I glazed it with a varnish, which gave it more richness and depth. I'm definitely leaning more toward the oils these days.

We miss you guys!! :)
Hi Sarah Beth! Not sure you remember me, but you came to my house for a RiverPoint Christmas party once. I office next door to your husband! Anyway, this painting is so amazing, and I wish I could see it in person! Someday I want you to paint something for my house! Hope you and your family are doing well. Oh, and I came across your blog from a link on the Churchill's (just in case you were wondering). God bless!
Sarah Beth! It has been too long since we have seen you and Brandon- we would love to have you over. I will tell Kap to call Brandon. I love your paintings and would like to see more of them. Do you post them somewhere?
Better than Monet!
